Magnus International Resources is focusing its African exploration effort in countries that are highly endowed with mineral wealth, are under-explored or still provide good opportunity for successful exploration, have favorable mineral resource development policies, and provide a good fit to the Company's growth strategy. Current effort is being directed to Uganda, Ethiopia, Democratic Republic of Congo (“DRC”), Tanzania, South Africa, and Madagascar. While opportunity focus is currently being directed to these countries, Magnus maintains a watching brief throughout Africa to identify new opportunities that may fit the Company's business plan.

Exploration programs are now underway in Uganda, where the Company has already identified and is pursuing exciting opportunities for new discoveries.
