In July 2004, Magnus established a joint venture to explore the 83.29 square kilometer Huidong gold/copper property in Sichuan Province. Huidong lies 14 kilometres directly north of the Southwestern Resources Boka gold discovery (Figures 1 and 2). Various geological indicators point to Huidong being on trend (in alignment) with the north-south oriented fault system that controls the multi-zoned Boka Trend.
