MAGNUS' PROJECTS ARE LOCATED IN GEOLOGICALLY FAVOURABLE TERRAINS: Along extensions of trends which link major gold deposits in Tanzania (Geita 11m oz and Bulyanhulu 16m oz) and the DRC (Twangiza +5m oz) | Similar geological setting to gold deposits in the DRC and base metal deposits in Tanzania – hosted by the Kibaran metallogenic belt.

Magnus is further expanding its portfolio in Uganda by generating and acquiring exploration projects as well as through JV | Uganda has seen very little exploration using modern techniques – comparisons have been drawn to Tanzania in the early 1990s | Uganda shows indications of hosting significant world-class deposits similar to those of neighbouring Tanzania and DRC | Uganda has fostered a mining-friendly environment – modern and transparent mining code, tax incentives, growing economy and stable government | Magnus has assembled a strong team with over 35 years of African exploration experience to take advantage of exploration opportunities.
> UGANDA PROJECTS More Info

Magnus has commenced a 5,000m RC drilling program.

MASHONGA (60% EARN-IN) (460 SQ KM) | Polymetallic gold, silver and PGE mineralization hosted by early-Proterozoic schists and granites. Drill program will test a high-grade shear zone at depth below the Mashonga mine and a 3km by 500m gold-in soil anomaly. Grab samples assaying at 58.8g/t gold, 4.15g/t platinum and 3.68g/t palladium.

-------------------------
LUGAZI (100%-OWNED) (1,620 SQ KM) | The Lugazi drill program is complete with 31 drill holes totaling 2,037m. Drilling tested a strong 3.5km by 300m wide gold-in-soil and magnetic anomaly, hosted by early-Proterozoic metasediments.
-------------------------
MWERUSANDU (100%-OWNED) (205 SQ KM) | Drilling will test a high grade trench intersection (20.4 g/t gold over 3.5m) and a 1km long gold soil anomaly at the contact between mid-Proterozoic metasediments and arena granite | Exploration is ongoing at Magnus’ two other 100%-owned projects at Mitoma (438 sq km) and Mubende (851 sq km).
